It is important to the Knapp’s that their employees also feel engaged and appreciated and they like to do fun, team building activities on a regular basis.

Knapp truly is a family business with their daughter Lauren, son-in-law Graham and Jen’s cousin Ron all valuable contributors to the success of the business. If you come to the office you may even be greeted by Charlie the couples King Charles Cavalier who is also a regular visitor.

These days Jen and Jim strategize on expansion in both markets to serve and product offerings. Always with a clear focus on ways to improve the overall client experience.
