I recently switched over to Knapp, and when I think about the service I was receiving from my previous supplier, I wish I would have switched over sooner. Knapp has quickly become one of my favorite suppliers. The staff are pleasant, always responding with a quote in a timely manner, and their lead times are exceptional. When unexpected delays happen, they are transparent, and they go out of their way to help us solve problems. Thank you to the entire Knapp team for their hard work and dedication.

When I was asked to write something about why we buy from Knapp, I started to look back at our history with Knapp when I realized that it wasn’t about our history it was and has always been about the future. Knapp has always been thinking about how can we be better. How can we help our customers to be better? The answer is service, make the customer feel like he is our number one priority. That service comes from having the right people. I won’t be in purchasing 25 years from now but I know that Knapp will still be providing the best service possible. Congratulations Gang!
