2025 Year in Review

As we kick off January, we’re taking a moment to look back at the 2025. This year we celebrated decades of employee expertise and supported our local community. In February we’re celebrating 39 years in business and know how important it is to reflect on how we got to where we are today. These are just some of the highlights from our 2025 year.

Celebrating Our Employees

Our team is what makes the service at Knapp top priority. This year we celebrated some big milestones!

• Ron, Shipper/Packer, celebrated 35 years! If you’ve received a perfectly packed order, there’s a good chance Ron had a hand in it. He is always a bundle of energy and cracks jokes to keep things light.

• Tim, Senior Sales Rep, celebrated 30 years. Tim’s deep product knowledge and commitment to our customers have been vital to our growth. From his desk to on-site VMI visits, he has been helping customers get exactly what they need.

• Graham, Warehouse Manager, celebrated 10 years. He keeps our warehouse operations running smoothly from receiving new products to shipping huge skids of products!

Local Involvement

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Throughout the year, we collected donations during our employee lunches including our Thanksgiving and holiday celebrations. Together we collected 57 non-perishable food items and over 270 meals via cash donations for our local foodbank.

From Tiny Screws to Q-Tips

2025 was a busy year for our inventory. While we are known for our massive range of fasteners, from tiny screws for electronics to heavy duty bolts for mining equipment, we also sold some odd ball items! Some of our weirdest sales of the year include q-tips, workshop rags, and safety pylons.

Going Global

While North America remains our primary market, we saw Knapp Fasteners’ products ship all over the globe. We successfully shipped orders to Ireland, Mexico, and Finland! No matter where the job is, we can supply your fasteners.

Team Bonding & Good Times

This year we made sure to take the time to celebrate our successes too.

• Customer Appreciation BBQ: A great day outdoors with a BBQ and catching up with our local customers.

• Kitchener Rangers Game: A fun team bonding night cheering in the stands.

• Holiday Dinner: A wonderful evening at our annual employee dinner where we got to celebrate the season with our staff and their partners.

A big thank you to all our customers, staff, and community for making 2025 such a memorable year. We can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us!
