It all begins with our sales team. Whether it’s a new or returning customer, our team members like Jeremy, our Sales Supervisor, and Tim, Senior Sales Representative, are dedicated to understanding each customer’s needs. They provide accurate quotes, offer product recommendations, and ensure that customers receive the best solutions for their applications.
Once an order is placed, our team processes them efficiently, ensuring that all details are accurate before moving forward. If an item is not in stock, we bring it in promptly, while in-stock products are pulled from our extensive inventory in our 25,000 square foot warehouse in Cambridge, ON.
Accuracy is key when fulfilling an order and our warehouse team ensures every shipment is packed correctly. Whether an order is shipped via the customer’s preferred courier (ie: Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or delivered directly by one of our trusted drivers like Mitch, we take care to ensure timely and reliable delivery. We deliver to the KW area regularly. We also go out to Guelph, Stratford, and the surrounding areas on a regular basis. For customers with specialized needs, our kitting team steps in. Custom orders are meticulously assembled by skilled kitters like Michael, ensuring each kit meets the customer’s exact specifications.
Once the order leaves our facility, the process continues behind the scenes. Our invoicing team ensures customers receive accurate billing, while accounts payable, managed by Lindsay, keeps everything running smoothly.
For customers who rely on our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services, we go even further. Employees like Steve are dedicated to managing customer inventory on-site, ensuring stock levels are maintained and coordinating with customer teams to anticipate upcoming needs. From ordering necessary items to putting away newly arrived stock, Steve ensures our VMI customers always have what they need, when they need it.
