General Questions

How can I get pricing?: You can email us at sales@knappfast.com or fill out a quote request form.
Do you sell to the public?: We sell direct to the end user as well as to other distributors. Please note we have a $20 CAD or $50 for outside of Canada minimum purchase order.
What payment methods do you accept?: Clients without credit terms: Most major credit cards.
Clients on approved credit terms: Electronic Fund Transfer, Cheque, most major credit cards & debit if picking up at our facility.
How can I set-up an account?: Simply fill out a credit application and email it to sales@knappfast.com.
What is your return policy?: Our return policy can be found in our terms and conditions policy here.
What are your hours of operation?: Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM EST
Do you offer Vendor Managed Inventory services?: We do! Contact us today and let us know if you're interested.

What type of fasteners do you sell?: We stock thousands of different varieties of fasteners. We supply common fasteners as well as custom made, custom plated products in a wide variety of materials. Please browse our online catalogue to see just some of the things we sell. If you don't see what you're looking for send us an inquiry and we'll source it for you.
Can you cross-reference a part from another supplier?: We can cross-reference almost any part number. Simply send us a part number with a supplier name or a link to the product and we will get back to you with a quote.
Do you stock items?: There are over 60,000 items currently on our shelf. If we don't have what you require in stock we'll start sourcing it.
Do you have any free resources available?: We do! Check out our resource page here and our blog posts here.

Do you offer delivery?: If you're located within Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, or surrounding areas, we can deliver. Plus if your order is over $50 it's free! Orders under $50 have a $10 delivery fee.
Can you ship our order?: Yes, if you're in Canada we can prepay and charge it to your invoice or ship via a courier account. If shipping to the USA or globally, we require a courier account, broker number, and tax ID.

Can you provide RoHS, Certificate of Compliance, Country of Origin, etc.?: For most products we can provide these certifications. Please advise any quality requirements at time of quote.
Is Knapp ISO Certified?: We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 please view our certificates here. In addition, we are certified with GIDEP, Controlled Goods Directorate and CADSI. For further information or specific questions, please direct them to our Quality Engineer Laura Nevill .
